Soda Blasting is the process of propelling Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking Soda) with compressed air and water through a specially designed blast nozzle

The unique properties of sodium bicarbonate allow it to remove paint, grease, mold, oil, soot, and other contaminants without damaging glass, chrome, and to eliminate warping on thin sheet metals.  It is also possible to soda blast other softer substrates such as fiberglass, wood, plastics, carbon fiber.

In addition we offer Hydro-Blasting, a silica based abrasive with a composed grit of 120.  Hydro-Blasting digs out the toughest rust and coatings while leaving the metal surfaces smooth and paint ready.

We offer cleaning and a 2 part epoxy prime coat to ensure the best adhesion os fillers and paints.  We proudly use BASF products exclusively.

We have developed our own unique assembly jigs, all of which are designed after the original factory assembly trains and constructed of heavy wall, large diameter square tubing.  Our jigs ensure all new or rebuilt bodies come out level, square and true!  We have a full line of assembly jigs for:

  • 67-69 Camaro/Firebird, Coupe or Convertible
  • 70-81 Camaro/Firebird
  • 68-72 Chevelle/El Camino/GTO/442, Coupe or Convertible
  • 64-70 Mustang/Cougar, Coupe or Convertible

Whether we are re-skinning the roof and quarters, replacing the entire back half, replacing floors and fire walls or a complete re-body, we always start with the best sheet metal parts the industry has to offer.  We are proud dealers for Dynacorn International and Auto Metal Direct – the worlds leaders in muscle car metal.

We developed a 69 Camaro boy with a FULL internal rectangular tube chassis, a 16point roll cage that allows the use of almost all stock interior components, (modified components come with the car) and a resolution to the decades old drudgery – a TWO PIECE removable dashboard.

You spec out your front and rear suspension, your engine and transmission, your tire size(s) and if applicable the sanctioning body you will be competing in.

We the Tub, Tab, build the cross member, engine cradle and all other weld nut and mounting points to accept your components!  All you do is paint and bolt your parts on!  P.S. We can paint any part of or your entire car as well.

Here at Resurrection Muscle our team os professional finishers use only the best products that BASF has to offer.  We start with three coats of base which is color sanded.  Then we apply four coats of clear.  Finally we cut and buff the clear to a high luster.
